Colouring Competition Terms and Conditions

This competition is presented by Belgrade Plaza, Coventry, CV1 4AJ.
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Twitter/X in any way.
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, except employees of Belgrade Plaza, Avison Young and their close relatives.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter can be found on the printed colouring sheet.
The prize consists of a £50 restaurant voucher to spend at Belgrade Plaza.  The restaurant will be chosen by the Belgrade Plaza marketing team.
The prize is subject to availability and Belgrade Plaza reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The prize is not transferable.
No cash alternative is available.
The winner will be notified on 9 January 2024.  The winner must claim their prize by 12 January 2024 – otherwise Belgrade Plaza reserves the right to select another winner.
Belgrade Plaza reserves the right to amend or cancel this competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Entrants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.
By entering the competition via Facebook, entrants accept the usual terms and privacy settings as operated by Facebook.
Only one entry will be accepted per person.
Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The closing date is 5pm on Friday 5 January 2024. After this date and time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The winner will be chosen by the Belgrade Plaza marketing team.
